When leveraging our "Sell Asset" and premium Razorpay-backed listing features, you represent and warrant that all vehicle data (Registration, Kilometers, Ownership status) is entirely accurate. CarLogic reserves the right to employ AI-driven image validation and background DB checks to purge fraudulent assets from the ecosystem.
CarLogic acts solely as an informational aggregate and digital broker. Our AI-driven Appraisals are algorithmic estimates, not guaranteed purchase offers. Peer-to-peer transactions initiated on our platform are executed at your own risk. Premium listing fees (₹499) processed via Razorpay are non-refundable once the asset goes live.
The CarLogic UI/UX, the underlying Next.js architecture, our proprietary API routes, and the "Top 1%" design language are exclusive intellectual property. Users are granted a revocable, non-exclusive license to interface with the platform. Reproduction of our motion design or branding without explicit authorization is actionable.
